In order to guarantee Quality both in terms of System Management and in terms of Technical Requirements, EQUILIBRIUM Laboratory carries out various activities in compliance with the requirements of the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Therefore, the following activities are of particular relevance: Control of Documents, Assessment of Suppliers, Handling of Complaints, Assessment of Client Satisfaction, Internal Audits, Management Review of the System.
In order to guarantee the accuracy of the results, the Laboratory periodically participates in inter-laboratory tests and uses CRM’s (Certified Reference Materials). The Accredited Methods at EQUILIBRIUM Laboratory include more than a hundred parameters, in Physical, Chemical, Microbiological and Sample Collection analyses, as stated in the Accreditation Certificate L0312.
